In this workshop we will learn and practice harvesting and prepping for canning. We will can vegetables and tomatoes, and whatever else we decide to experiment with. Please bring 4-6 pint mason jars to the workshop. This workshop runs from 9:00 – 2:00 to allow time to work through the full canning process.
